Cold showers
Overall experience of this hotel was very disappointing. Check in was nice and easy and the woman at the counter was very friendly. Easy access to the highway was nice as well. The room was a bit outdated and the bed squeaked with every move. Now, I’m not sure what was more disappointing that there was no hot water in the evening or next morning or the woman who was at the counter during check out. When asked how our stay was, I told her how we did not have hot water for showers. She just said “sorry have a nice day” and carried on her phone conversation. Very disappointing from a Holiday Inn.

There some stains on the carpet but the room overall was not bad; the hotel could use some remodeling as the TV was an older version and it took a while for us to figure out how to operate our fire stick; also the neighbors sounded like they had more than four people over for New Year's Eve which they made some noise

There was no hot water, and the water was coming in brown color from all faucets; Apparantly they had issues with water. They refunded those who booked throuhg Holiday Inn. But I was told that since I had my booking through Expedia, they cannot do anything for me.

Hotel was very clean and quiet! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pillows and bed were so soft I slept better than I do at home. Easy access to the interstate is also a plus. Would definitely stay here again.
