Highly Disappointed
My son and I checked into this hotel and checked right out. The room was extremely dated and dirty. The price we paid was outrageous for what we got. We didn’t even stay a full night here. The water smelled of sewage, the TV wouldn't work properly and the room was dirty. The front staff said they would make it right and still charged me for the room.

So So Weekend Getaway
My family and I booked this room as a quick little family getaway. There was no direction or information given about parking during check in. The room we were given was terribly noisy as we were placed in front of the elevator. So, we heard everything from loud music to people knocking on peoples door at 2:30am. The bed were terribly uncomfortable and did not get much sleep at all during the entire stay. Even my children did not sleep that much. I did not feel that if I contacted the front desk much would have been done. :( But, other than that... the location, and amenities are amazing and we had a great time. Would I visit again? Probably not.

Decent stay, good view
This was our second stay at Holiday Inn Resort. It was very pricey, but we thought that we deserved a post-vaccine vacation. Good view of the ocean (the only reason we went in the first place). Room could use a makeover, and the hotel staff only attends to rooms for a stay of 5 or more days, so you have to ask for new towels every day or use your current ones. Otherwise, no problems.

I booked a room with a balcony. The first room we were given didn't have one. I talked to the front desk and they got it taken care of quickly. Beautiful Hotel, Highly recommend.
