The Jan Thiel area of Curacao is upper class and elegant. The Bed&Bike at Jan Thiel is perfectly situated away from partying, and close to the beauty of the island. Cars can be rented down in Jan Thiel. The staff was so helpful, rooms were clean and maintained daily, pool and sitting areas gorgeous. I’d definitely stay here again!

Nothing luxurious but perfect for a simple stay on the island and if you are visiting Curaçao for the first time to explore the island, i suggest to ask for a tour guide or you need a car, as the property itself is safe but, however it is very difficult or almost impossible to get around by walking!

The property is very cute and the room was clean. The shared areas need some attention and the restaurant was very disappointing. There is nothing around the area but the bus is easy to use and if you want to risk it, you can walk the very hot and relatively long walk to other amenities. I liked the accessibility of this property. It’s got a nice parking lot, pretty views, beautiful flora and fauna. Hummingbirds galore, beach is close. most of the staff was excellent. Room was fine it is exactly what I need it to be a safe place to rest my head in the evening, and most importantly for me it was affordable! Thank you bed and bike I will be returning
