    We had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn; the entrance area is nicely decorated and welcoming, and the staff were friendly. The upper levels and rooms were quite dated and could do with a refresh, and the bathroom was very small for two guests. However, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable, so overall, a good stay!

    Based on my few nights there, in February, the only problem with this hotel is that - in cold weather - the restaurant is so cold, you have to wear a coat to eat your meal. The restaurant is next to the foyer, and the foyer is small with large doors out into the street. When the doors open you get the freezing wind in the restaurant. It's the only problem with this hotel, but it will be fine in better weather.

    It's not the Holiday Inn anymore!!!

    Bad, the worst!!! We called ahead to find out if there was parking on site and the hotel confirmed to us that yes, when we got there the parking was $30 per day with ads outside showing $150 per month, so with my 5 days stay we had got the monthly rent at the parking, outrageous. After that we got to the hotel and the room that we booked was a double queen and this one was a small bedroom with two full beds, anyways we got asleep tired from the trip and at midnight something awaked us, a bunch of kids had running all around the place, yelling and crying like this was a playground, I can understand a kid crying at night, but many, playing like nothing without any concerned from parents or staff to the other guests, is not okay. Next day same thing, all days in our stay there were the same and the staff did nothing about it, I had to complain in person at the front desk, very bad service, didn't show respect to clients at this location. In addition, I brought with me some sandwichs left from the trip, and we put it in the minibar fridge to discover next day that everything was rotten because the minibar fridge was not working properly, when I got to told to the front desk, the response from the lady there was that the minibar fridge didn't keep cool up things just keep the things as they came, this response made me laugh, they thought that we never stayed at a hotel before or what, very bad treatment, really, didn't show any interest or respect to clients at all

    Due to Covid, our room wasn't cleaned daily. This was absolutely understandable and fine with us. Due to the closing of the lounge downstairs, I had picked up a bottle of wine for our room. I called and asked for a wine glass which was delivered within minutes. We were staying at the hotel for a number of days so our garbage and recycling were getting full. Again, we called down to front desk. We were asked to put outside our room and they would take care of. Again, in a matter of minutes this was taken care of. Would definitely like to stay again.
