Convenient Location in Edinburgh
The staff was very helpful and accommodated an early check-in. The rooms were clean and the location was perfect for sightseeing and dining. I have nothing negative to say about our experience. It's a very nice, simple lodging.

Brilliant location. Nice new and clean fit out. No fridge though and a few stairs (lift was out of order). Very comfy and spacious room! Generally quiet (can’t hear neighbours) but you could hear nightclub music until early hours of morning

Room facing Shandwick Place quite noisy and vibrated (even on third floor) when trams went by. Superior room seemed small for the price paid, especially when no facilities for food etc. Back was missing from TV remote control and some holes in the room walls. Other maintenance issues included broken window sash etc. Lift was not working so only access to third floor by stairs. Found a pill (unidentified) under the bed. Staff on check-in were friendly
