Staff were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Commodore restaurant food was not great
Lovely room, really friendly and helpful staff . The shuttle bus to downtown was great and saved a lot of money on taxi fares
Good location- central but not in thick of it ...free hotel shuttle into downtown - great buffet breakfast - helpful staff
Concierge was amazing, went above and beyond to put a bottle of champagne and other amenities in our friends room once he found out we were there for his birthday. Gym / fitness centre was a reasonable size, with 3 treadmills plus other machines available. Rooms were fine and what you'd expect from Holiday Inn. Didn't seem to be much in the immediate area but it was a short cab ride to downtown.
Our stay was excellent. We didn't get as much info on check-in as we needed (such as the need for vouchers for breakfast or details about the shuttle), but everything else was spot-on. Breakfast was fantastic.
Third stay over the last 17 years. Friendly staff and very clean bedding.
Everything about this hotel was great. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful trying to find us an umbrella/poncho one day when it was raining and always gave a friendly greeting when they seen us. Rooms were spotless. Food and entertainment both very good. We had our reservations because the hotel was so far out of town but the shuttle bus was great and easy to contact and Josh was so helpful. To be honest it was nice to be a little further out of town and we felt very safe. There is a good supermarket over the road for drinks and snacks if needed.
Used the hotel as a base to see the city and the grand old opry. Great to use the free bus rides downtown and the drivers were so friendly.
The hotel staff was not helpful and at times totally rude . The parking is 25 dollars per night and I wouldn’t class it as downtown it’s well out of the area where all the action is that said it was clean and comfy just a shame about the rude staff who didn’t know what they was doing. Parking as said is 25 per night for a 2 night stay they tried charging 75 when questioned we was told it is per day yet it had the same date twice to which they then said o ok we will just remove it then very sharp and nasty .
Great customer service, lively hotel, great staff, clean and good location
