The rooms are a little outdated, but I know in such a heavy traffic area it’s hard to keep up with. The tiki bar staff and pool staff were amazing. Other than that. My experience was just OK. That was our first time staying on that side of Clearwater Beach. We normally stay at the shepherds and have for the last five years was trying something different and the only thing I liked better was your full beach access

The room was clean and cozy, the front desk and the valet were super nice and helpful. Very welcoming. We had a gulf view and the view did not disappoint, we will definitely be back!! With our resort fee you get beach towels, water activities, and a free photo that we didn't personally do. The beach front was perfect for our kiddos, the kiddie pool was excellent as well. 10/10 would come back and recommend this place!

I’ll tell was very poorly maintain our room. The floor was dirty. You had a complaint about giving me extra towels before we left drinks at the pool were horrible and we should get our money back. It was really horrible. The tree the way the food was at the pool. I will never stay there again.
