Great Deal!

My overall stay at this hotel really was wonderful from start to finish. I’ve stayed downtown on most of my trips to Chicago, and this location was tucked into a quiet spot, so walking and traffic was never much of a problem when coming and going from the hotel. The hotel staff was amazing, everyone from the people who helped us with our bags and the front desk staff, to the wait staff in the hotel restaurant, who were all lovely and quick with their service. The hotel seemed a little slow while we were there, which actually worked to our benefit, as we received a free upgrade on our room. The staff were very attentive and accommodating, and every staff member we encountered always greeted us and made us feel welcomed. The hotel was lovely, although there were spots here and there were it seemed like a touch up could be made, but it was overall a great stay and is a hotel I would stay in again.
