Good size room, no wardrobe or hook for my coat but had has some renovations. It was cold and heating not all working but heater provided and room warmed ready for my arrival. We didn't have breakfast. The pool was nice and has a little mini jacuzzi area in the pool and a dry sauna. You can use it even after you check out or before check in time . One lady particularly was lovely on reception and very kind with us . Had a great sea view. Beds were comfy.

10 min walk to the north pier. Staff were nice. The hotel n rooms are clean, however, it's needs a lot off attention n tlc. The main things to sort out are the very squeaky floorboards, you can hear everyone moving in their rooms and corridors.The corridors and bar carpets could do with a good clean as they smell musky. Breakfast a buffet but there was plenty and it was nice.

Food was lovely, such good value for money. Staff were friendly and worked really hard to make your stay enjoyable. Decor was dated, and the lift was not working, but it gave us chance to get our extra steps in. It is a tired building but it is in a fantastic location, with sea views and beds were comfy and clean. What more can you ask from these very old buildings in Blackpool? There was great evening entertainment to enjoy whilst the children played safely in the games room. Would definitely stay again.
