I think checkout was a bit confusing. Extended a stay, always a bit disappointed when a hotel charges $33 a night for parking without an upfront notice before booking. I have always felt like if you are going to charge then make it something reasonable that generates revenue but to charge $33 per night is a bit excessive. Dbl charged for room service and also had an incidentals charge that was taken from, they apologized and said a lot was going on but .......

Not so good experience for this good location.
Despite the excellent location for commuting, the very pleasant and efficient front desk staff and valet service - there is little else we found worthy of the $300 price per night. Our room was tiny, there was very little storage space, the bathroom lad little counter space and the air conditioning fan beside us blew directly at our heads all night. There was so little room for our clothes after traveling for over a week that we had to use the floor and the cleaning staff couldn't clean. The noise from the pool blared into our rooms all afternoon and early evening. The loud noise from the A/C next to the bed muffled it some. We had one meal at the outdoor patio at the back of the hotel. We ordered one flatbread and a small salad to share between us having been tired from traveling. We waited 35 minutes for the order and complained. They apologized and said we were next up, and then we waited 10 more minutes and complained - and got the food. We would sadly not want to stay here again.
