Horrible customer service. Lost my money-Booked through Expedia and we called Expedia to switch our dates and they refused to give us an answer on the spot and then ghosted us and refused to solve our issue to change our dates so we lost our money and we have them over a weeks advance to change the dates. The hotel concierge themselves pretended not to speak English well and referred us back to Expedia right away just to not deal with our switching. We just wanted to change our dates! This is their job and there was availability open.
