Uncharged me for my pet. Shower door didn’t close. The curtains were ripped. A light switch didn’t work.
Only issue I had was that accessible parking was not in a convenient place and lighting was poor there. Room spotless, bed ever so comfy, pillows great.
the pictures online very misleading did not clean room next day or fresh liene also breakfast was horable i would not recamend this hotel to anyone sincerely Darnell Quarles
Me and my friend lived here for two nights in separate room. My friend got acarid after the trip, and my bed smelled little weird. The cleaning condition is a little concern.
Your front desk was fantastic women working the breakfast could use some manners And pay attention to people and not wait till after they opened something tat needed toasting to state toaster was broken
Room was in disrepair. Carpet was torn and moldy smelling. Bathroom tile was in poor condition. Bad grout. Moldy caulking. Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was poor. Toasters were all broken. Eggs and sausage was cold. Threw it all away. Ate elsewhere. Will not return
We had a wonderful stay.
Overall the hotel was okay and staff was friendly. One elevator was broken and has been for two months, so only one elevator working was horrible. The air conditioning unit was so loud and kept making weird noises and ruined our sleep many of the nights. The free breakfast isn’t good, but it’s okay if you just get a bagel or cereal. There is constant sirens because you are across from the hospital, but didn’t bother us much. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
There is a printed sign in the guest room that ensuring that they are taking proper measures to be COVID safe and that you must wear a mask in general areas. I was extremely disappointed to see multiple staff members not wearing a mask properly or at all, even breakfast staff. If you care about your health and safety during the pandemic do not stay here.
WE STAYED 4 NIGHTS 12/03-12/07 THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN, THE STAFF WAS SUPER FRIENDLY &, HELPFUL.
