The hotel staff were fantastic. We were disappointed how small the “Premium” room was. In addition the layout was awkward with the TV located in the left corner of the room making it challenging to view. The hotel was quiet and located close to the O station and restaurants. We had a wonderful time staying at the Arc hotel! Conveniently located near all the sights, restaurants and shopping, we parked our car and walked everywhere for our 3 day visit in Ottawa. The staff was some of the most welcoming and friendly people we have encountered in all our travels. Our room was clean, well appointed and quiet. The hotel breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the lounge in the evening for a cocktail before returning to our room. We truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book here again.

Great stay in a great location. Very friendly staff, great room. Parking is first come first serve, so be aware if you're getting back later in the evening you may not have a spot. There are plenty of lots amd street parking around though. Would definitely stay again!
