I liked the spaciousness and how new it was. But it’s quite far from civilization and free shuttle to the airport was not free, taxis to the airport costed an arm and a leg, there was no Uber... In terms of friendliness of the staff, somewhat mediocre. Greetings were inconsistent, thank you’s, even rare...some were more helpful than others, cleaning crew, not friendly at all. There was no “how was the stay?” “ is everything ok?” Simple checks were never exchanged. In hospitality, service is almost critical, at hotel 64, service seemed provincial, as its location. With a little practice and implementation, I’m sure it’ll see much better day.
