They prefers French speakers. Tipping a bit too obvious. Top Locations, Pool, Room and Structure. Possibly the lack of passion its depending on the big structure and the number of new guest they see each day. It feels like a gourmet fast food hotel.
Beautiful elegant hotel with extensive gardens, large pool area and several restaurants. Large rooms with balcony.
The Hotel is Wonderful! Everything about it says comfort, convenience, pleasure. It is serene, quiet, gardens are beautiful, pool very refined, food at all dinning locations within the hotel were excellent, including the numerous and various bar/libations areas. A splendid venue for travelers who only want the best.
Beautiful gardens and tranquility all around even though you are right next to the buzzing Medina of Marrakech.
La Mamounia is a remarkable experience that exceeds all possible expectations. From the first step onto the property you will feel transported into a different cultural and aesthetic dimension. The customer service is truly superb, in particular, Ali’s uniquely authentic welcome and personalized attention to detail. The spa treatments are an integral part of your stay at La Mamounia, pampering the body and soul in perfect harmony.
It’s a beautiful hotel with beautiful gardens and restaurants. The service is excellent!
This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had anywhere in the world, in any hotel class. The staff were endlessly rude to us and assumed over and over again that we were only visitors from the general public, not paying guests or “residents” as the pretentiously call their guests. I was even scolded for taking photos, which is ridiculous for a hotel that is famous for Instagram and even promotes other guests’ photos on their official Instagram account. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, but I will be writing a full review with details for my blog. The staff were so rude we wanted to simply hide in our room until it was time to go. Do not stay here if you want Moroccan hospitality, or any hospitality at all.
The hotel is a real palace. It is a unique experience. Staying at Mamounia is a beautiful xream. The architecture, the service, the staff snd the location. Everything is just amazing. I love this place.
The hotel was a beautiful oasis in the heart of Marrakech. We didn’t want to leave the resort! Service was excellent. They took care of our every need “with pleasure”. The pool was beautiful and the breakfast buffet was delicious and amazing in the poolside restaurant. The spa has an indoor pool and we had free use of the spa including jacuzzi and steam room the entire stay. Would definitely stay there again.
The place is amazing, when I die I want heaven to look like this
