Even though the staff was very nice and helpful, the room was clean, amenities were great, there was a problem with the noise all night for the first two nights. People in the lobby being loud until almost 4 am, and it echoed throughout the building. Sometimes the water did get warm. Ned wasn’t too comfortable, but ok for a couple of nights. I realize you can’t fix the architecture to remedy the noise problem, but I think it would be appropriate to remind guests in the lobby to tone it down after 10:00 pm.

The attire of a good chunk of their other guest was less than ideal and having to shield the eyes of my children anytime we were out of our room after 12 pm. I’ve never felt so comfortable in a hotel as I did at The Marriot Westchase. My room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were very courteous and nice, made me feel at ease and welcoming. The food was great at the restaurant inside. The parking is great and I felt my vehicle was safe. The only thing missing was a microwave in my room other than that I have no complaints about my stay. Definitely booking with them again❣️
