“Pay at Property”
When I booked this room I chose the pay at property option. Apparently they called me the morning of our stay because they tried to charge my card but it was declined and the pay at property option was against their policy. The card I saved on my account had been replaced because I lost my wallet recently but I didn’t want to cancel and rebook, especially since I thought I could pay at the property. I didn’t answer the phone call because I thought it was a spam call. When we arrived at the hotel it was about 9:15pm, the lobby closed at 9:30pm. The door to the lobby was locked and there was no one at the front desk. Some keys were taped to the lobby glass but ours was not. I called the lobby continuously and knocked on the glass and someone finally showed up, but because someone else called and said their key wasn’t working. Upon speaking to the employee they canceled my reservation because of the card and didn’t notify me. Luckily there was one room that was available. When we arrived to the room the door wouldn’t close unless it was pushed or slammed shut and there was hair from previous guest in the shower. We were just happy to have somewhere to sleep after traveling for 12 hours with a toddler. The next day we went out to the National park and our room was cleaned but the door was not closed properly, so anyone could’ve walked in and taken our belongings.

Great location
Great location near south Zion entrance, tons of restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Did have issues getting water more than lukewarm (in 2 rooms) but we were too tired to worry about it much. They offered a grab and go breakfast, but the time it was offered was too late for those people wanting to be in the park early, so we ended up eating at a nearby coffee shop/cafe.

The room was comfortable and clean. It was quiet the Togo breakfast was just fine. Plenty of in room coffee, plus coffee and juice machines in the lobby. Two small complaints where no dish towel and no regular glasses.
