InterContinental Phuket Resort

I had an excellent stay. Very comfortable. Service was remarkable too. Gym was also nicely equipped.

If you are looking for a solo/family retreat in a brand new resort hotel - this is the place to be:) It was a pleasant surprise indeed - great facilities, beach bar, room was in excellent condition. Just like any other beach side resort - its closer to nature so expect some insects - all part of the experience! There was a brief blackout during the night where there was a heavy storm but the lights came back on within seconds. Stay on the club side of the resort to be closer to the sea/beachside. Lastly - like all intercontinental hotels - service was awesome/5-stars!

Amazing hotel on the beautiful Kamala beach. One of our best stay. Exceptional service, and food at Pinto absolutely delicious.

Beautiful hotel , although doesnt really feel like a 5 star hotel Rooms are quite small , hallways around the hotel make it feel like an over sized motel The staff here is amazing and try their best to please you , they are so friendly and kind Cocktail menu for some reason some items were not available over a 3 night stay oddly Would not recommend the room service , the food is quite terrible as well as their restaurant pinto on the mountain side view , Yara was quite a good restaurant , service at the roof top pool on the mountain side is extremly slow , beach side for cocktails is extremly slow expect 30 minutes or more just to get some drinks

Stay as a family of 5 people during Xmas and new year period at the pool view kings room with club lounge facilities It is a brand new hotel hence all the rooms are clean and immaculate . However staff shortage and lack of training really showed. For the first few days we were there, there was constant complaints from guests ( including us) for the long wait and the chaotic service provided in the club lounge during breakfast... Client manager was nowhere to be seen until the 4th day we were there after practically every single table in the lounge were complaining about the poor service... we could see that the staff there were trying very hard but there wasn’t an organised system to service the guests there ( there were only 8-9 tables at any given time so it wasn’t even busy!!) As a result no one was happy and everyone was complaining. Almost every morning we had to wait for at least 45 minutes to get our order of food delivered! Room was not quite finished - telephone not working, wiring not in place around the coffee machine. The safe has not been secured and was just left there in the room Conceirge service- when we request the conceirge desk to book Blue Canyon Golf Club for a round of golf, they have booked Red Mountain instead and have the car arranged taking us to Red Mountain !!

We liked the location, the breakfast, the kid room and the different look of this hotel. The room are clean and modern as well. We did not like the desk staff that is lost. Even when you want to extend your stay for a week then promised to contact you with proposals the same day and they don’t. You email them and they do not answer either. Lost. The very expensive price of the food and drinks at the beach club

Exceptional services from checking in and tour arrangement. Room was in brand new condition. Going to the hotel beach required a short cart transport. Part of the hotel is still under construction.

Highly recommended very nice place and atmosphere its really reflect the phuket city beauty
