Good 6.0
Not overly impressed
A good location, pleasant and friendly staff and thats about where the positives end. Room looked tired and in need of freshening up. In need of a good clean too. The dirt and dust surrounding the fire alarm makes you wonder when the alarm was last checked. Same levels of dirt and dust build up in other areas of the room makes you wonder how often the cleaning process is checked. The complimentary tea/coffee may be enough for 1 person but not a couple. Batthroom, unable to shut door properly flushing the toilet successfully was a workout for the arms. The sink and bath overflows looked like hadn't been cleaned for ages. Finally room sound proofing non existent as could hear people in next room without too much difficulty along with outside noises.
