Terrible
Room was not clean, smelly, noisy. I asked to pay whatever extra to change room and was told it is impossible. I don’t how this hotel is a 4 star hotel. It is not worth the money I paid. Location was good though. It is in the heart of the city. I don’t recommend it. I would definitely not come back.

Awful, Dirty, Unclean and Smelly
Cleanliness was awful. Upon checking in to our room, it had not been cleaned at all. Previous occupants dirty items were left in drawers. The floor was covered in hair and dirt. Could not walk around bare foot as it was dirty. The Sides to the bed were full of water marks and the toilet and bathroom was mouldy.

Highly recommendable
The friendly staffs are kind enough to support us the guests always with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable with all accommodation we need in it. Above all, the location is close enough to Plaça de Catalunya, and a few minutes' walk vicinity to a metro station and a supermarket. It would have been even greater if I could have checked out more quickly as I needed to wait a bit too long before my turn comes.

Great Location
I've stayed here once before about 10 years ago and the hotel is still very nice. The team are excellent. I had no issues. Enjoyable. Top tips, great location for the Aerobus from the airport and back to it, also for the tour buses in addition to walking!
