We loved this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the service was fantastic. The room was clean, comfortable and modern and we loved the direct pool access from our room, and the pool was warm and clean. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel and the food was great. The banana smoothies are particularly wonderful! The hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the beach where there are lots of bars and restaurants and wonderful sunsets.

Dejligt hotel med værelse lige ud til poolen. Tæt på stranden. Har ikke egen restaurant, men der ligger en, de samarbejder med, lige ved. Det fungerer. Flot badeværelse delvist under åben himmel. Så der kommer myg ind. Vi måtte bede om hjælp til at få myggene væk, og det fik vi.

Booked the hotel based on positive reviews. The hotel room and other parts of the hotel were dirty and not cleaned regularly. Sheets in our room smelt really musty and mouldy. The shower would not drain and would pool up. No change in issue after advising staff of this. No follow up from the hotel either. Customer service limited and not like other places we stayed at. Compared to other 4 and 3 star hotels we stayed in during our trip to Bali, this was the only hotel we were disappointed with. Not 4 stars at all. I would not recommend.

バリ島に到着して最初に宿泊したホテルが、想像以上に素晴らしく、旅の始まりを華やかに彩ってくれました。 エントランスに着くと、まず目に飛び込んできたのは、まるで寺院のような美しい建物。バリらしい神聖な雰囲気に一気に心がときめきます。 そのすぐ横には開放感あふれるホテルのエントランスが広がっていて、南国リゾート感満点。 ロビーを抜けて中へ入ると、目の前には広々としたプール。そして案内されたのは、なんと直接プールサイドに出られるお部屋！荷物を置いた瞬間から、すでにリラックスモード全開です。 日中は観光やアクティビティで外に出かけ、夕方にはお部屋からすぐのプールでひと泳ぎ。汗を流した後にいただいたのは、ホテル内のレストランでのピザをはじめとした本格イタリアン。これがまた美味しい！味付けがちょうどよくて、日本人の舌にもぴったりでした。 その後はお楽しみのバリマッサージ。個室でゆったりと受けられる贅沢な空間で、気づいたらぐっすり…。疲れもストレスも溶けていきました。 実は途中、窓のロックが壊れるという小さなトラブルがあったのですが、スタッフの方がすぐに対応してくれて、とても安心できました。対応の早さと丁寧さに、ホテルの質の高さを実感。 本当にあっという間の滞在でしたが、「ここ、また泊まりたいね」と自然に口に出てしまうほど。 バリ島旅行を考えている方には、自信を持っておすすめしたいホテルです。

Loved the couple of days stay here while transiting in bali.initially we planned for 1 night but ended extending another night... RRR in the front desk where fantastic specially Roy who took us around Ubud day trip in our short trip and showed us around. We will definitely recommend this property and also very good Sea food restaurants at the beach which was a great experience. We will come back to this place next time if we are in Bali.
