The greeting at the property said it all. The road to the hotel was rutted with potholes. The reception was difficult to find and not staffed. The receptionist was very pleasant however. The first room we were shown looked out on a skip full of rubbish - but we had to move as the toilet did not work. Second room was better. The whole place needs a make-over. But - good location. Some staff pleasant. The pictures we saw on internet give good impression - but the reality was less than that.

Gutted
Booked a deluxe room with king size bed and when I got there there were no deluxe rooms or king size beds and when I said ‘Does that change the price of my room as I booked a deluxe room with Kingsize bed’ they said ‘No, that’s Hotel.coms fault not theirs’, so ended up paying full price for a standard room

The bed looked lovely but the mattress was awefull, old and sagging in the middle. Hard to get a good nights sleep. I wouldn’t stay there again, purely based on comfort and convenience.

Very nice and comfortable rooms, good service and an excellent menu and high quality food. The only thing to note is don't judge it by the outside appearance or the road going up to it. You will find it is much better inside and everyone is friendly and welcoming.
