First one was A plus but second one 501 was bad

This is the second time at this place, my first stay was A plus but yesterday was bad, 501 smell like somebody pee in the carpet, bath tub was dirty, I was studying and when was time to take a bath I notice this, called the front desk I dont want my complete refund because I use the bed, but 50 % off
