Beautifully renovated hotel, room was very comfortable, bed very soft, but that’s how I like it. Very calm and tasteful decor. Ideal location, short walk to beach. The only reason it’s a 4 and not a 5 is that there is no elevator, towel hanging in bathroom is limited, no hooks.no tea or coffee in rooms, although is available downstairs, breakfast is limited and continental. But, we did have a really enjoyable stay, and would definitely return.

What a gem Bay Breeze Inn is. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this fall and I can imagine how great this place would be in the summer being so close to the water/beach! It’s a very comfortable inn with close proximity to local amenities and attractions. We would stay here again when in the area!

We have been vacationing in Falmouth for many years, but this was the first time that we stayed at the Beach Breeze Inn. We had an excellent stay. Welcoming staff, beautiful beach-style interior decor, spacious outdoor porch, cozy fire pit area with s’moores for the kids every night. The Inn is a 2 mins walk from the town’s beach, less than 20 mins walk from the center of Falmouth with restaurants, bakery, shopping. We would definitely stay there again!

Very friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were clean. However, no sound insulation in walls between rooms. Difficult to sleep when you can hear peoples conversations all night in the room next-door.
