We stayed at Madero for 3 night in November and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They provided recommendations for restaurants and set up 2 different ours for us. They were extremely helpful with setting up transportation. It was also my husband’s birthday while we’re were there. They bought him a cake and helped us celebrate his day!

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful & couldn't do more. The property is very clean & breakfast is well presented. The property is in the midst of yet to be refurbished homes but this adds to feel of experiencing real Cuba. The B & B is well situated for the promenade & all the main sights of Havanna. Highly recommend.

Three nights in Old Havana
We arrived At night because our flight was delayed. Our room was given to someone whos flight was cancelled so we were our first night in a different and not so good hotel. However the staff was extremely nice and The manager said that we can have anything from the minibar as a compensation. The best part was that the staff got us an old car taxi to the airport.

Madero Bed and Breakfast
As we arrived we were given cold towelettes to use to cool us off after our long day of touring Havana . We were served a cold pineapple juice. We were then take to our room with the option of using the roof top terrace to relax in. This place has been reconstructed and done beautifully but is amidst the reality of what the Havana community is like right around this property. It is located in Old Havana and was very safe to walk the streets late into the evening. Our hostess was always making sure we had everything we needed.
