A great place to stay in Fremont street
I had a great five days at the D. The room was fine every thing you needed.

    Wouldn't stay again
I stayed in downtown Vegas over a weekend for my brother's wedding, which was being held at The D. I stayed at the hotel because the wedding ceremony was held there and it seemed like the most convenient. The location on Fremont street is good. The hotel was clean and the room was clean. The checkin and checkout was friendly and easy. The elevator system was complete chaos. We had to line up with multiple guests each time you wanted to go up to your room. Everyone had to show a room key and then you had to wait again for just one of elevators to be designated to you. Every time I wanted to get to my room it was a frustrating process. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world and I've never once encountered such a ridiculous system. Another downside of the hotel is the lack of room service. The room is functional, but there are no amenities for coffee or tea or water and no one to bring you anything either. The only option is to go out and even for Vegas this seemed extreme and a lack of basic hotel service. Finally, not that it was the fault of the hotel, but that weekend was a rock music festival and a stage was setup just outside. The music started at 9 AM and continued until 2 AM. It was so loud the walls vibrated. Sleeping was impossible. If we had been there for the concert, I can imagine it wasn't a big deal, so probably we should have planned better. But it was an absolute nightmare for any guests there just to see downtown Las Vegas.

    Party at The D
I love this place. The staff are great and the atmosphere is like a non stop party

    Poor 2.0
Needs to be modernised like the Four Queens. No towels or room service unless requested. Very poor indeed and overpriced. Won’ t be staying there again unless things improve.

    Poor 2.0
    No electricity
•The power went out in the building 5 different times, one time lasting over 30mins in complete darkness. •The AC is so bad that I woke up from the heat, sweating every night. •Checked in and was downgraded without my knowledge until I got to my room. I called front desk and they said they couldn’t help with what I wanted fixed because I booked with 3rd party. Called 3rd party, and 3 hours later, I just went to the front desk again and they finally switched my room to what I had booked.

    Very good 8.0
Loved the room as well as the hotel. The room didn’t have a fridge or microwave so that’s was definitely a downer. I loved how close the hotel is to the Fremont. I wish someone would have told us you can actually access the Fremont thru the hotel, we walked all the way around. Overall I would stay again, if they install the microwaves n fridge in each room.

    Fair 4.0
The rooms were very comfortable and clean ! The problem is .... The hotel is very noisy at night !! We had 3 family’s each had their own rooms and Nobody got sleep , People fighting in their rooms and yelling in the hallways , Not only do you hear Music from Fremont Street “recommendation do not get a room that faces the Fremont “ you have rooms that were playing loud music. Yes, we called the front desk even went to the front desk and They did absolutely nothing about it and when We asked to switch rooms they were not able to accommodate us very disappointing very frustrating. The rooms were awesome I enjoyed my stay in the room but unfortunately I will not be recommending anybody to stay there because management seems like they have no concern on what goes on in the middle of the night !! Like I said .. We had 3 rooms and each room had issues to complain about :( We were suppose to stay 4 nights but only made it through 2 nights than checked out ...

    Good 6.0
It was a great hotel other than the bed in the room which felt like springs and hard as a rock. Didn’t have a comforter or blanket in the room. Only sheets. The pool and the D grill we’re closed which we did not find out until we got there. I feel the resort fee should be discounted. Other than that, it was a great experience the room was nice, the hotel was clean and very sanitary given the covid issues. I loved the coney grill! The Game of thrones slot machine was marvelous!

    Can’t beat the price!!!
Check in took way too long. They couldn’t seem to locate my reservation and had to manually re-enter it. Bummer for me after a full day of travel, I was so eager to just crash. Other than was a good short sweet stay in the heart of downtown Vegas.

    Excellent as always
Still the best hotel, casino, and bars on Fremont! We're locals and did our first "staycation" with our newborn and its just a resort that works for everyone and its next to the best restaurants and most exciting spot in Vegas.
