Poor 2.0
I travel often for business and haven’t had a poor experience like this before from a Sheraton/Marriott before. It appears when the manager is gone for the weekend the staff at night can’t handle many questions or issues. Our 2nd night there, I had to do some laundry because my son was in town for a football camp. I went to the front desk for quarters because that’s what the machine took and I they were out... the front desk said the manager would have to replenish the drawer on Monday upon their return. Then told me I can check with the bar, I asked if he can call the bar to find out instead of me going in there to ask? So he called, they had no quarters either. I asked if they sold detergent at the hotel store, his response “we have complementary detergent but we are out of that as well” I walked to my car to go buy detergent, there was 4 rough looking guys smoking pot right next to it, not a good feeling and I’m a big guy. I went to 2 gas stations to get change and detergent. The next morning, I left the room early and returned at 3pm, when I returned the room still was not cleaned. I went and asked the cleaning lady if she was going to clean my room? She said yes. I left my room at 4pm and asked her again, she responded yes. When I returned at 10:30pm nothing was done. I went to the front desk to get towels and told the same gentleman from the night before that they never cleaned my room... he acted like it was no big deal. He got me the towels and that was it.

Poor 2.0
Fraudulent Charges & Attitude
Random charges on my credit card not even mine. Still waiting for the supervisor "Courtney" to call me back to resolve. Courtney is in no rush to fix the issue and addresses me as if these charges are in fact mine. I'm worried they are going to continue to charge me clearly for another room and NONE of them care at all. Their tone is completely annoyed with me when it's them stealing my money. Front desk is very disrespectful and none of them have any customer service nor the manager. I will never stay here again. Do not trust these people with your CC. Nora at Front desk had the nerve to tell me "We don't just make up charges"....but my credit card is being charged random amounts that are not mine. Ok Nora. The second you call them needing to clear up charges they immediately become irritated with you when you are the one that has every right to be frustrated! Courtney's "manager approach" was trying to make me feel like I was in the wrong and now she won't even take my call said she will call me back sometime today.

Good 6.0
We had an enjoyable time during our trip. We were going to our first ever Cowboys game and were so excited but were not sure about the schedule or surrounding festivities if any. I chose your hotel due to the close proximity to the stadium and was a little disappointed to find there was no information at all provided for the game. There was something at the counter I asked the lady what it was she just said it was not anything regarding the game. I would have thought since the majority of guests there were attending the game there would be some sort of information provided maybe a walking route or rules of the stadium or a recommended time of arrival. We got to the stadium only to have to come all the way back because they would not let my friend in with her purse which was just barely to big for their standards. Information like that would have been helpful at the hotel just as a courtesy to guests attending the game. A shuttle would have been nice as well even if there were a fee for it. Seems the hotel is not "AT&T Stadium" friendly. We also encountered a very large roach in our room as we were getting ready for bed. The ceilings are really high and we could not reach it. We called the front desk a woman shows up with a chair and a broom, kills it and left. We plan on attending more games this year just not sure we want to share our room with uninvited disgusting creatures. As we walked down to get a drink that night we also saw a roach in the hallway, dead

Very good 8.0
Hotel as a whole was very nice. It’s new so it’s clean, decor is classy, nice furniture in rooms that I’d place in my own home and I would pay the $4 extra a night for the breakfast voucher as it’s $20 and the food is cooked to order. Front desk upgraded us to a king suite due to an error on our part (highly recommend the suite). Loved the shower with built in body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Perfect location to food and entertainment. I give it a 4 because the evening front desk help was rude, took them 10-15 minutes to acknowledge another guy and I standing there as they were laughing and mocking people. We asked about the trolly to go to the rangers game they told us it was done running, so we got an Uber and as we were leaving the parking lot the trolly pulled up to pick up/drop off other than that it was good. Would stay again if/when we return to Arlington area.

Very good 8.0
To whome it may concern, I would like to start off with with stating the staff was very friendly. However, as soon as we alked in the room it just didn't have the clean clean fresh vibe you usually feel. The AC did not work very well, it was hot for a while, until it started to feel cool after three hours. I would like to make it a point that this was during the night. There was no heat from the sun coming into the window. The sheets did not feel fresh, there were stains on the wall. The stains on the wall wasn't a big deal, but it was obvious nothing was being kept up in that room. I have paid the same price for other hotels and there was a huge difference on how the clean the rooms are maintained.
