A good hotel overall and I would rate it around 4*. The staff were lovely, especially the reception team, who were very welcoming. The same level of friendliness wasn’t always reflected by the housekeeping team, but overall the service was still good. Breakfast was a real highlight — very enjoyable — and the water machines on each floor offering unlimited sparkling, cold, or room-temperature water were a great touch. One thing to note is that the spa and facilities close at 12 each day, which we weren’t aware of in advance, and they also fully close by 9pm in the evening. Additionally, as there were quite a few families with children staying, areas like the gym and spa/swimming facilities could feel a bit busier at times. This may be worth considering if you’re looking for a quieter, more adult-focused environment. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the view of Giewont from our room. The location of the hotel is excellent — within walking distance of the bus and train stations, as well as the main street, Krupówki..

We loved our stay and will be back! The hotel is very clean and nice. They even have a playroom For kids!! It’s a 10 minute walk to the best shopping and restaurants. Natalia at the front desk helped find a great hike and was very knowledgeable.
