Lovely staff, comfortable bed, close to everything

At your own risk
Don’t expect showers to work. Water conservation is one thing. But when it comes to your shower you need enough pressure to maintain temperature consistency. Spa not open regularly. And watch out for noisy tour groups.

Very Good8.0
Great customer service, average rooms
The customer service was great. There was free Valet parking, they took the effort to learn our names. The room had a few things I would fix to take it to the next level. There was no microwave in the room, which we thought was weird. The rooms are a little thin walled - we could hear our neighbors laughing, talking. The bathroom floors were really cold, probably not that big a deal for most people. The odd shape of the walls inside the bathroom and the paint that was affected by the shower steam were minor details that bothered us. The shower head - it was so low. If you are 5'5" or less it's great, if you're taller you have to duck under it to wash your hair.

Put us in room 109, which shares a wall with the ten crows restaurant storage. They were stacking kegs and screwing around very loudly literally all night. The front desk never answered the phone. When we got up the cook from the restaurant said that room will never be quiet so you're f***ed! Thats a quote. Nice finishings but no fan in bathrooom, literally the hardest bed I have ever felt. Standard tweaker front desk operators, trying to keep from wiggling around, can't remember one sentence spoken or heard without repeating. You get what you pay for. Whoever has tried to put this place together should slow their role a bit. Trying to bite off more then you can chew leaves issues unattended. Lots of competition so can't give another chance.

Good hotel
The hotel was good. I think the front building is newer, but the back building is a little older. There was a party, so it was loud for most of the night.
