Only ok
Great location, in Casca Vieja. Lovely square with plenty of restaurants near by. The atmosphere wasn’t ideal, felt out of place in such a historic area. Felt like it is trying to hard, we were the youngest guests I saw (in our early 40s) but the vibe was trying to be younger. I would say other guests were quite a bit older. Room was very very small and not well designed for comfort or convenience. With so many other hotels near by I would stay elsewhere.

Perfect location
Located in the Old Town, this hotel has the prefect location from which to explore Bilbao. It's about 2min walk to Neuvo Square with all the best choice of restaurants and pintxo bars, and maybe 10mins walk from the Rivera Market with even more pintxo choices. It's also next to a Metro station that connects to everywhere in the city, and even to San Sebastien if you fancy a longer trip. The hotel itself is clean, bright and modern, with very comfortable rooms, superb showers, and free fast wifi. It also has a bar and restaurant.

Great spot with misleading description
A nice hotel in a perfect spot between old town and the city centre providing great access to most activities around the city. The city view room was not exactly as described as the view was of another persons home across a lane way. When asked to confirm the booking and the details of the city view we were told the view was of ‘old town’ and counts as ‘the city’ so the pictures are very misleading.
