The Peabody Memphis
Paid more for a nonexistent room
Booked a "Superior queen" through which does not exist. Only "Superior" room is that with two beds, not the most romantic for your wedding... After being treated like idiots for the website's error we ended up having to fight for some time to get a decent room that didn't also have roaring air-con noise below us. Many guests had the same issue and management obviously don't care and try to get people to pay the extra $90pn king room upgrade. One of the desk staff was amazing and upgraded us to the celebrity suite on our wedding night which was a truly stunning and fantastic experience. Cannot sing her praises high enough. I was also robbed of a watch while I was there, my own fault in the first place I accept but the security member's unwillingness to investigate and patronising tone made it an even more traumatic experience, especially as finding a culprit may have not been too difficult considering the location of the theft. The hotel itself is very nice but seeing the quality of a friend's hotel around the corner at half the price would definitely sway us to not return to the Peabody.

The Peabody Memphis
We would not stay here again because there is no tea or coffee machine in the room , free coffee downstairs if you want to get up and showered to get it before 9 am on your holiday . No fridge , when requested the charge was $25 per night . Bathroom extreamly small , when sitting on the toilet your knees are on the bath . We have stayed in 16 hotels while we are touring and this was the worst . Ducks are great , stay in another hotel and visit them . Valet service guys were brilliant.

Incredible stay at an incredible hotel
Incredible stay at The Peabody! For our honeymoon they upgraded our room to the Romeo and Juliet suite on the Peabody Club floor which we were extremely grateful for. The hotel itself is stunning and in a great location, be sure to check out the steak house in the lobby!

Wonderful hotel
Great hotel with fantastic history. Lovely free coffee in the morning so a nice little treat before breakfast. Club facility room with light refreshments also a bonus. Overall a great stay and place to relax after a day of busy sightseeing.
