This hotel is in the middle of derelict buildings. It is not safe to go out. Avoid at all costs. Shame on you hotels.com for advertising this and holiday inn for compromising their brand. Both companies should make client welfare a priority. See the view from the bedroom below. The staff were excellent.
Clean Property, Very good service, Helpful Staff, rooms are good size. The hotel is far from the city center , it takes 21 minutes to walk to the central train station 1.6 km, not recommended to walk back to the hotel during the night. Shabby area. taxi cost 15-22 Euros to go to the city center. Hotel transport service is useless.
We had a family room which had two double beds and plenty space. Reception staff were all very helpful.
Went with a brand I trust Good location Previous experience with company in different areas was very good
The only thing great about this hotel is the staff. They are very friendly and professional. But tye hotel itself needs lots of renovation and maintenance, especially the rooms. The area where the hotel is located literally looks like the walking dead city where everything is broken and isolated and not safe to walk around.
Hotel staff was super helpful, the room itself was somewhat dated and tired. The breakfast was okay. The pizza in the bar is very good!
Absolutely disgusting hotel will strongly say I will never stay here again or recommend it I have written a complaint letter to e bookers
The hotel itself is nice the tooms are very tired and tatty the bathroom was horri le and the carpets in the room wrte awful. The reception and bar areas were nice. The sraff in the restaurant wrre miserable
This hotel was a little out of the way of naples city centre but this isn’t a bad thing. It’s has a number of little restaurants you can eat at around them & the hotel is self has everything you need. The staff where really friendly & helpful. Thank you Xx
There was nothing unique and the AC don't work staff discriminates docent respect
