The Wade is in a great location with beautiful views of the lake. Staff were friendly and helpful. Warning: ask to NOT be in a room ending in 02 because it will put you right next to the elevators which run constantly all night and are loud. Also the ice machines do not work on every floor. If you need parking. You may want to consider park offsite using the SpotHero app for less money than valet at the hotel. I would stay here again.

Great location is the plus. Room we stayed in didn’t give us good experience. First, the room was right next to elevator shaft and due to terrible soundproofing, there was heavy humming sound all the time which felt worse at night. We came to stay here for the lollapalooza festival and it was super close to a lot of food options and only 30 minutes away from the festival grounds. The view of the lake was amazing. We even got to check in a bit early. Only down fall was we didn’t have wifi for the first half of our stay and they didn’t really give us updates about that or even let us know that it was down when we checked in. Staff were helpful otherwise and I would stay here again for sure.
