Not Fancy, but Cozy
The heater in my room was broken. It was so cold, but they moved me to a room that had a working heater without any fuss. The rooms are obviously quite old, and there was some visible water damage in the bathrooms, but the rooms were cozy and comfortable.

Everything was great up until they came to do the cleaning of our room. My family and I went shopping and had a couple of bags of clothes on the bed. Came back to find the clothes had been dropped on the floor so that they could make the bed. Did not appreciate that.

Impressed! We only stayed one night, but seriously wish we had more time here! We stayed in the bi-level, 2 bedroom suite. It was much like a condo or apartment with the second level, second bathroom and good sized kitchen. The suite was "well lived in", much like a home would be with scuffs, nicks and small blemishes, but was exceptionally clean with comfy, modern decor. We loved the layout of the complex which felt "homey" and cozy and greatly enjoyed the outdoor pool area, basketball court and gas grill (which is beautifully it at night). This place is a GREAT value!! Oh, and the grab-and-go breakfast was the best we have seen, I mean tasted, in a long time especially at this price point. I just hope we have reason to stay again!
