Great option for visiting Venice
Great location for easy access to bus or train into Venice. Great breakfast. Front desk people were also helpful. Parking in the garage at the hotel is not an option. You have to either find a spot outside or use a nearby garage which can be expensive. I would stay there again

The best thing about this property was the front desk team. Andrea was excellent in answering our questions and addressing concerns about our visit to Venice and the surrounding area. Pros: close to the train station, friendly staff with good English, clean room, excellent breakfast buffet for 9 euros, gym. Cons: area around the hotel is sketchy with lots of homeless, there are no good restaurants around, have to reserve laundry (we reserved but still could not use the dryer right after washing and had to wait).
