This front picture and bedroom picture are all marketing. The room are not cozy. Linoleum floor, gross. The TV is so complicated, you feel like you need an app for everything. The lobby is a small desk with a doorman, that's it.

I enjoyed my stay on Christmas Eve. It was well situated.

I put my dad and his wife up here. It was OK, not great, for the price. The hotel is somewhat basic in its operations. There's a minibar with drinks that are not refrigerated, no ice machine, but the staff at the front desk is attentive. Because I live nearby it was convenient, but I felt it was not a fully functioning hotel. Rooms are a bit bigger than other hotels in the area, but the set up felt provisional.

This is the BIGGEST room you will ever get for a reasonable price in NYC. It’s close to transit and smack dab in the middle of Chinatown and little Italy. I don’t know what else you could ask for. Staff was friendly and helpful. When I didn’t have an iron, it was brought up to me. When I needed cups, they brought me cups. When I needed a place to drink wine with my 3 friends, we had all the space we wanted and needed. Definitely staying here again.

Okay stay
Not much furniture in the rooms and some of the amenities that were supposed to be offered were not. No continental breakfast, the hotel phone didn’t work, one of the lamps didn’t work. There was only 1 chair at the dinner table and we kept getting one big towel and one small town for when our place was cleaned. The bed was extremely low to the floor at well making it a little bit of an effort to get up off of it. Other than those things the front desk attendants were nice, and they did let us leave our bags so we could see the city. They also let us check in an hour early since our room was ready. More ideal furniture would be great because there was nothing comfortable to sit on and maybe some silverware And a bigger TV for the unit as well. All in all we really just needed a place to stay for the night so I’d stay here again if I had to. Just would like to get what I pay for since it’s so expensive to stay in the city.

Very nice room and the people at the desk were great. There is something odd about the place though. No telephone in the room, it says it provides television, but there is almost nothing to watch because it is all subscription and even if I wanted to provide my netflix sign in information (which I don't) there is no way to do that. The coffee maker is for espresso and there isn't any even fake milk. But the bed was nice and the room was spacious and pretty. Just a little unfineshed feeling.
