Amazing hotel would definitely stay again lovely friendly and clean

Good 6.0
Dated, dark and disappointing
The hotel staff are all very welcoming and helpful. However, once again we are allocated a room that was noisy, dark and dated. This is the second time this has happened, and we are beginning to wonder if the poorer rooms, which have yet to be refurbished, are set aside for people who book using We raised it with reception who promised it wouldn’t happen again, but as mentioned this is now the second time? In fact we were given a room this time, next door to the one we complained about last time! The hotel is undergoing a refit but our room, though spacious, was dark, dated and felt dirty as the fittings were all so old. It’s such a shame as we love the area and all other aspects of the hotel.

Redeeming features
Amazing breakfast (with great vegan options!), lovely spa, but hotel room was distinctly average for the high price we paid. Bed was comfortable, and staff friendly, but the street was very loud

Perfect stay for Chelsea FS.
It was a fabulous stay not least because we were made guest of the day! The service was tip-top! The hotel is beautiful and the staff are all very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would absolutely recommend a stay here!

Fair 4.0
The location is good, the lobby/reception area is nice but there is a lack of freshness, the lifts don't smell nice, as soon as you are on the room levels you realise the decor is tired, the rooms are tiny (OK it's London but I was in an upgraded room so it makes you wonder what the standard room is like (this is not an economy hotel)), the decor and presentation of the room is just the standard of an Inn, the view I had was poor & there is no sound proofing - you can hear people in the corridor as if they were in your room. There are better places to stay.
