Hotel Isabella exceeded our expectations in every way possible. We were hesitant to book at first due to the lack of reviews and the fact that it was a new hotel. However, it ended up being our favorite accommodation over our whole 20 day trip throughout Europe. The place was spotless, the rooms were perfectly designed with clean/modern touches, the breakfast was excellent, the staff was SUPER friendly and informative - the list goes on. The pool was a nice bonus after coming back from hot days roaming throughout Sorrento. It's about a 15 minute walk from the town center and a 5 minute walk to one of the Sorrento beaches which was all very convenient. Even though it wasn't in the core of the town, its very unlikely that I'd stay somewhere else if I ever ended up back in the Amalfi coast. Don't hold back - if the price is right, book this place :)

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. It was really clean and everything is to a good standard. The staff are really helpful and friendly. They work long hours, but always have a smile on their face and can’t do enough for you. My only issue was the noise coming from the room next door. We could hear their TV through the wall. (It was like it was on in our room) I don’t think it was the volume, just that the walls are a little thin. I did speak to reception and they spoke to the occupants and were very apologetic, but it made no difference.
