The Resort Fee is a total rip-off and should be included in the price that Expedia show. The refurbished North Tower rooms are good, and very clean. There's no coffee-maker provided and all the food and drink concessions are expensive. $6 for a coffee gets really annoying. The weekday breakfast buffet is OK at $19.51 inc tax, but the weekend "brunch" buffet is basically the same thing but $30 plus tax, so poor value.
We checked in we went to room half the lights didn’t work and tv kept switching off every 5 minutes if you didn’t change channel we spoke to guest services and was told we couldn’t move to like for like room as hotel was occupied but we could upgrade for $20 extra per night as we were on a tight budget we opted to stay as we were as for the staff they do nothing but hound you every time you walk into the lobby wouldn’t stay here again to be honest
Always get goolike locationd service and friendly staff
No pool, the service is very poor and the staffs are not friendly
We were originally put on floor 28 which had not been re-vamped - the room was very, very tired and the bathroom was un-usable especially at a rate of $279 for SEMA. They couldn't move us the first night as they were fully booked but did the next day to floor 23. That room was fine but in the tired room there was a coffee maker and we were then upgraded to a room without one.
Good concierge club, excellent staff, property dated but functional. Good value rooms although spoiled by resort fee. All in all a satisfactory visit.
Love the pool and residential entertainer. Wide choice of restaurants.
Been a few times before I know where everything is so safe on my own. They no longer do lunch buffets except on weekends
The room was nice just needs bit upgrades
Bit isolated from the rest of Vegas but this hotel is still a comfortable place to stay.
