very nice place. Only concern was parking. Had to pay and that wasn’t an issue but when we came back. No places to park and line of people coming in so. I think they were letting everyone in. I’m not sure why we paid to park.

It is a great place to stay, clean and friendly staff. Convenient restaurants close by within walking distance. Onsite parking good however the design of parking not great. Ramps are too small.

Double charged. After payinv through Hotels.com once checking in again by the actual hotel. Offered no upgrade for the mix up. Place is just ok. Lots of water damage to room off the pool, ceiling is in bad shape. Go to get coffee at 745 Saturday morning and no creamer. Front desk just says sorry we are out. Not a very prepared hotel. From reading guests check in confirmation to see already fully paid to having basic coffee extras.

My daughter is in her sophomore year at UNL and I discovered the Graduate last year. It is terrific and so much is within walking distance. Now the parking garage is the typical parking garage with very tight turns to go up or down.

A lovely gal greeted us at the front desk. Had some fun banter with the gentleman that was security. Both were super welcoming and genuinely friendly. Great location & great decor (loved the corn “toile” curtains and wallpaper!).

Convenient to everything, fun atmosphere & decor, comfortable beds. They do allow pets, so be prepared for some barking dogs.

Rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We took our dog and they were so nice to our dog. We will stay there again!

Fun decor but not fun
There were blood stains on my sheets. I noticed very late. I told front desk. I had to ask them to be changed instead of them just doing it. The elevators are slow and not all three were working. I had to walk up 11 flights of stairs so I could check out on time. Waited 15 minutes for an elevator so i could go down with my luggage. Elevator stopped on my floor three times full. Carried luggage down 11 flights of stairs so i could get to where I was going on time. Too old for walking up and down stairs!
