    Fabulous stay
Although the building is a little dated and needs some TLC, the welcome, the service and the breakfast were fabulous. As a short stay, reasonably priced bed and breakfast we found a little gem. The Landlady was fabulous, her breakfast was cooked to perfection, very hot and nothing was too much trouble. The room was jaded, but the bed fresh and clean, plenty of toiletries, and tea and coffee making facilities. If staying over n Scarborough again, I would go back to this little jewel.

    Pleasant Stay
Owner was lovely, nice location. The place does need a bit of updating and was quite noisy, due to close proximity of bars, on a Saturday night. But overall a pleasant stay.
