Pathetic hotel. Never ever ever stay in this hotel, we booked for 9 nights and it was non refundable, in 9 days we changed 5 rooms. 1st room was so dirty that i was like a you serious, bedsheet had marks, aircon wasnt working, they gave us 2nd room, same problem, aircon worked for half day then stopped, they gave us another room, thank god aircon was working, but was dirty, bath tub had scuff marks, hand basen had black stain marks. Even though it was like that we said its ok, we went out shopping and came back there flood in the room, water was coming from the ceiling, aircon pipe blowed up.😡they said they have to change us to the otjer room, 4th room same problem, aircon not working, bed sheets were dirty, we were shifting was stuffs with my 7 months old baby from one room to the other, we were shifted on the 5 th room , aircon was working little bit and hotel staff gave us fan to manage and said the owners of the hotel arent doing any maintance thats why all this happening with most guests, staffs were helpless as they couldnt do anything. I asked for my refund on the 1st and 2nd day but they said its non refundable. In the swiming pool most locals comes and swim as well. More locals swim there then the people stay in the hotel. I paid $1100 australian dollars for that piece of shit hotel and spoiled my holiday, which i collected the money for 3 years for my small family. Never ever staying in that hotel . Please stay away from this hotel. Its worse than pathetic.

5 hot sleepless nights
I had 5 hot sleepless nights at this hotel over Christmas and was told the air-con system does not work in the whole hotel. This hotel is quite old, and needs an upgrade. I day I checked in, the air-con in room does not work, went to request a change of room but was told hotel fully booked and no other room available, but they will fix it. It was so hot that night it was hard to sleep, Next day, was told air-con in whole hotel not working, and was provided a fan, but how can they run a hotel like this? You can imagine how hot it is in Fiji in a room without air-con. So, this is my worst stay in any hotel ever, and I would not recommend this to anyone. I chose this hotel since it is part of a hotel chain with standards, and I was wrong.

Expected more for the prices we paid.
Not much to do close by. Very old hotel that could do with some restoration work. While we were there they were doing road work along the main road which didn't help but not their fault. The buffet breakfast is just average so we ate out. Rooms are supplied with powered milk only and you cannot get fresh milk at any time unless you buy it down the road. Bath is old and scratchy which looks dirty and hot water is not always hot and on two occasions we had to see cleaners for bath towels as none had been left in our room. Rooms are serviced at any time of day (Fiji Time). The best thing is the people are so nice, friendly and helpful and do their best to make you welcome. Currency exchange is available which is good. Pool and garden areas are nice, just needs rooms uplifting to bring it back it back to what it once was. Can't say enough about the people, beautiful. Bulla

Bad experience when we first arrived went to pull the curtain and the whole thing fell down. Then they changed our room. Next day had to wait a whole day for more towels as son was sick. No one came till afternoon then next day asked for room service as son was sick on bed sheets etc. went out whole day to give enough time and came back to room not done then had to wait another 2 hours to get done so we cancelled our last night and wanted a refund they advised need to let you know and they will confirm when you ask them so please can we get a refund as didn’t stay last night. Manager on the night 1 Jan approved this

Toilet only flushed once they didn’t work at all , no control over aircon so froze all night (no extra blankets available ) , the restraint blasted music till after 10 it was so loud we couldn’t sleep , the room are not sound proof at all the planes sounded like they where in your room and the main door you can see underneath is so everything was so loud . Pretty shit hotel and bedding our bed was broken on one side so had a massive dip in it that my husband had to sleep in the single bed , and the pillows were absolutely crap worst night ever would never stay again
