Fantastic central location. Could not ask for better Highlight of the hotel has to be the bar staff called freddy and Sara. Freddy created the best cocktails as nothing on the cocktail menu I found appealing. This Batman knows his stuff and not only knows what he’s doing he works hard and puts so much effort into everything. It really did not go unnoticed. Attentive, friendly, funny and did not stop running around making sure everyone and the bar was in order. Along with Sara that helped out in the bar, they worked well as a team. (Ask for the passion fruit cocktail it’s very addictive and can most certainly take the hard work that went into making each one) this was also agreed with others that also tried this drinks made by him. What asset to this company, shame they didn’t allow him some input on the official cocktail menu. We all brought so many of his cocktails that night the hotel should give him commission

Perfect stay
This is a truly first class hotel. Beautiful modern and well designed hotel, excellent room with good desk and very comfortable bed, quiet, warm, every facility. Highly professional and competent service in all respects. This is a very well managed hotel indeed with very competent and caring staff. Liked a number of small touches including free coffee, fruit and nibbles in the foyer and all the gratis accoutrements in the bedroom etc. etc. Desk service and concierge to be complemented. One of the best business hotels I have ever stayed at and also perfectly situated by the central station with trams and metro to all parts of Amsterdam. Cannot be recommended highly enough in all respects. Perfect stay!

Usually brilliant
Stayed here lots of times before and everything has been perfect, but sadly got an unclean room and was only corrected after complaining twice. Gave yo say the duty manager was very good 2nd day and gave us complimentary breakfast in the end. I would hope this stay was a blip.
