The better hotel- all down to quality of staff!
Went for partners birthday staff amazing ( head chef could smile at breakfast time) Paul manager lovley , Adam was great - the restaurant staff were lovley - Mary - was just lovley thank you for just making sure I had my taste of herbal teas. One of the much better hotels. We had a great stay and the hotel staff just always went out of there way. Thank you imperial 😃

The Imperial Hotel
The not so imperial, Imperial.
Shortage of towels. Bathroom tired, shower difficult to operate and dial corroded flaking metal. Facilities poor with no plugs near mirrors. Poor quality greasy food at breakfast. A disappointment for a once grand hotel.

Imperial hotel over night stay
Lovely stay, staff at reception were fantastic , polite and friendly and very accommodating.Other members of staff were nice and friendly.Rooms were comfy and spacious , could maybe do with a little refresh but added to character.breakfast was good and breakfast bags were made up for people in our booking who had to leave before breakfast to take with them. Parking was a little tricky on arrival due to an event taking place .
