About this home

Gorgeous, recently remodeled, 3 bed, 3.5 bath townhome located only 1
mile from Vail Village and the ski slopes, and one block from the free
town of Vail bus shuttle. Savoy Villas #2d is an artfully decorated
home that is wonderful for friends and families. Take your mountain
vacation to a new level of comfort!

The well appointed dining room has seating for six, plus three bar
stools. This amazing accommodation has all amenities of home,
including a gourmet kitchen, PRIVATE hot tub, flat screen TVs, DVD
players, a garage, and private washer/dryer. At Savoy Villas you are
so close to the mountain you can literally smell it, yet have the
privacy you deserve in a private home!

While you have some time at home, let's daydream together and plan
your next vacation. Inspiration is a good thing, and we look forward
to providing inspiration for your next great vacation. When you are
ready to travel, why not spend your vacation in a private home or
condominium that offers plenty of space and privacy?

We are taking extra precautions and adding additional cleaning to all
of our homes and condominiums, including:

• Increased hand washing for all employees & use of disposable
gloves and masks

• Employees will stay home if sick.

• Housekeeping has always used and will continue to use anti-viral
disinfectants on applicable surfaces. including, but not limited to,
counter tops, appliances, light switches and doorknobs.

• Use of a professional laundry service for the linens. They use
special cleaning products that are effective towards killing
viruses/bacteria, in addition to washing in high temperatures.

• Use professional tools, including microfiber rags, large and small
brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable
cleaning pads.

• High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning,
including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet
knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.

• Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with
others.

DIRECTIONS TO YOUR VAIL HOME From Denver: Take I-70 West to Exit 176
(Vail).

Turn right in the roundabout to the 2nd exit onto the North Frontage
Road heading West.

DIRECTIONS TO YOUR VAIL HOME From Eagle: Take I-70 East to Exit 176
(Vail).

Proceed ¾ through the roundabout to pass under I-70. Take your 2nd
right in the second roundabout onto the North Frontage Road heading
East.

Continued:Travel 1.1
miles and turn right onto Lionsridge Loop.

Continue on Lionsridge Loop up the hill through the intersection.

Savoy Villa's complex is on the left approximately 100 yards past the
intersection.

The parking area has two entrances so don't worry if you miss the
first.

Your residence is located at the lower west end of the parking lot.

Please be sure to park in, and only in front of the left garage.

Do not block access to the right garage.

For those parking in the space in front of your garage, there will be
a parking permit located next to the tablet, which is to be displayed
clearly on your dashboard.

For those parking in the garage, no permit is required. You can enter
via the garage using the code below, or go to the front door, and
enter the following combination on the Schlage lock.

After entering the code, turn the deadbolt lock handle to the LEFT to
UNLOCK. To LOCK, press the Schlage button and turn the deadbolt knob
to the RIGHT.

During your stay, the neighbor above would appreciate it if you would
use the condo front door, rather than the garage door each time.
Unfortunately, it makes noise, and using the front door is a much more
quiet access point. Thank you for your consideration.

For those parking in the space in front of your garage, there will be
a parking permit, which is to be displayed clearly on your dashboard.
For those parking in the garage, no permit is required.
