I loved the pillows the best! The king sized bed was very nice a comfortable. The room was very clean. The lemon soap in the bathroom was also one of my favorites, nice touch!
Customer service was great, friendly professional and accommodating. Lobby was packed with people could barely get thru. Not a fan of the soap/shampoo/lotion dispensers. One was empty. Seems unhygienic for a bathroom. Especially since they weren’t touchless.
Checked in 3pm - did not have King room cleaned. Had to take double Queen instead or would have had to wait more than 30 mins
Overall the stay was ok the top bedding had stains but the housekeeper and front desk were quick to rectify that situation. Elevators were wet due to guest coming from the pool which is understandable but they should have wet signs up. Halls were pretty quiet during after hours.
Really nice. No complaints
I absolutely LOVED it. Good/friendly service. Completely clean anywhere you looked. I’ve been back 2 and would definitely recommend this location to ANYONE.
I stayed in this hotel in November when I was picking up my daughter for winter break and in January when dropping her back for school.. When driving 5 hours all I'm looking for is comfort and cleanliness. This hotel exceeded my expectations. We are making this our GO TO hotel for as long as we're traveling to Dayton.
Kept all condiments for water and ice in a central area where Covid could be contracted that should be taken care of as soon as possible ice buckets should be located in every room along with cups for water cups for water
I have an injury and can’t walk so I reserved the 1st floor, handicapped accessible shower room so I could at least shower over weekend. Called Friday am to be sure they put us in there. All set. But when we checked in we were on floor 2 with a regular shower. Front desk girl had attitude and couldn’t have cared less. After going round and round and her trying to tell me my reservation didn’t say needed handicapped (I showed her the girl on phone earlier said she saw it in there) the girl tossed me a plastic chair to put in tub- it didn’t fit even if I could climb in that way. Never heard a thing from manager about the issue. Bummed. This has been our go to when in town but it’s gone way downhill post Covid shutdown.
Clean and friendly. Close to where I had to be for the next day.
