The bed was very firm, and the floor despite being easy clean still had lots of stuff on it. Areas in the hallways on floor two stuck of sewage and bombed with air freshener. The room I was originally given also stunk of sewage and there was hair on the bed. The staff originally lied and said there was no other rooms. Though when another room was provided it was better though smelt of vinegar, floor wasn't particularly clean nor the indented areas on the beds
