Care and attention paid to ensure that the resident experience is always positive. This is a five star boutique hotel which is pet friendly, so dogs are present around the hotel. Rooms are comfortable, well appointed and very clean. There are good restaurant choices on-site and catering to in room dining at a very high standard

Nice room. Had a problem with a strange smell when using the shower. Resolved with a room transfer. Very polite friendly staff. Note the hotel is dog friendly which applies to most of the guest rooms as well as the public spaces. Quality hotel with good facilities and easy access to the Common and Newbury street with all the shops.

Very friendly staff. Amazing location. The room was perfect. Didn’t go to Contessa, but we ran into the Chef in the elevator and he was super fun and courteous. The bar is cool, we ate there a couple nights. We had a very pleasant Thanksgiving week there. Festive and lively hotel. There’s Tatte around the corner and every store you can think of within walking distance. Looking forward to our next stay!
