very nice hotel and big hotel rooms

Fair 4.0
Not really good
Hotel's reception a bit unpleasent and unhelpful - but it wouldn't be a problem, but just a symptom, that someone doesn't like this place. Room - I don't expect much, even though room is quite ok, bathroom clean (despite letters of being eco friendly etc. my towels were always hung according to the rules, but changed by room service every day) But there's one thing I expect in the room and it's a plugin next to the bed. It wasn't there. Restaurant - good beer, don't touch food. I ordered grilled chicken wings but got them raw(!) cold(!) with feathers(!). But the funniest thing at the end - one of my key selection criteria is a gym in the property. They say they have fitness centre. well they have membership in the fitess centre 10-15 min walk from the hotel and to use it you have to buy a ticket. Someone would call it a lie but let's call it creative marketing. Kind of unpleasent place. Not bad. But not good.

Whats wring here
Bed to small and noice of air conditioning machines loud. Complained and got a much better room. Plates cold for food staff offered a drink instead. Paid for parking in advance went to leave and it did not work had to go back to reception to get it updated.

Very nice !
Stayed for multiple days for Work only gripe is the air conditioning unit in my room made a racket ! With no way to turn it off. I ended up pulling the fuse out to shut it up.
