Extremely Disappointing
We opted for a superior room and was extremely disappointed. I had specifically asked for a king bed and we had 2 singles pushed together with really nasty cheap pillows. Bathroom was tiny with a walk in shower with one large ceiling shower head so had to wash my hair even though I didn’t want to. Horrible view over an alleyway. Breakfast ok but we were sat next to the clearing station so not an overall pleasant experience. Would I recommend or return, NO and in my opinion a real rip off for £450!

Lovely evening and first impressions spoiled
The reception staff were absolutely lovely, but the room was small. The real problem was breakfast service which was completely chaotic and shambolic. I have no idea if there was any particular problem, but it surely cannot be so poorly managed routinely, so can only assume there had been some major incident. That being said, there seemed to be a lack of training/common sense prevailing.
